In this picture from left to right Katy Alonza Hamer, George Afedzi Hughes, and Lucy Yau, performers in "Indifferentia" during setup. 'Indifferentia' references apathy when violence is used to resolve human conflicts. Through ritual, mime, sound effects, toys and art objects the performance explored the boundaries between norms and atypical behavior by juxtaposing choreographed movements with stylized gestures. The performance incorporated as subplot, man's evolution, the cycles of peace, war, reconciliation and death. Performers: Amanda Adams-Louis, Katy Alonza Hamer, Marcus D. Harvey, Bonnie Loughner, Lucy Yau and George Afedzi Hughes.
